San Pablo Community Foundation

The San Pablo Community Foundation Board of Directors consists of six members appointed by the City Council. The Board of Directors meet a minimum of three times each year. For more information and the next meeting date, call (510) 215-3047. 

The San Pablo Community Foundation 2013 Mini-Grant Application is now available!

The San Pablo Community Foundation is offering organizations the opportunity to qualify for a Mini-Grant with the purpose of contributing to ongoing efforts that make San Pablo a thriving community that is more livable, safer and/or healthier.

Interested applicants are strongly encouraged to apply and may apply for a maximum of $5,000.  The 2013 Mini-Grant application is available for download here.

Mini-Grant Application Released: Tuesday, March 12, 2013
Application Due Date: Monday, May 6, 2013
2013 Awardees Announced: Tuesday, June 18, 2013
